Hal Smith (24 August 1916 – 28 January 1994) was an American actor and voiceover artist. He is best known as Otis Campbell, the town drunk in The Andy Griffith Show from 1960 to 1968.
He played Kartoon King, a children's television host, in The Brady Bunch.
